Our refund promise

You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before we deliver your report. Once a report has been delivered it is a completed digital product — but we still stand behind it.

If something goes wrong

Whatever the rules above say, we will always refund you in full if:

• your report never arrived, or arrived corrupted or unreadable;
• we delivered the wrong report, or a report built from the wrong birth data;
• you were charged more than once, or charged after cancelling.

Email renyanda@protonmail.com within 30 days. We reply within 3 business days and issue approved refunds within 14 days to your original payment method (PayPal).

What we cannot refund

We cannot offer a refund simply because you disagree with an interpretation. MingPath is a cultural and entertainment service; a reading is one traditional perspective, not a factual claim, and we tell you this clearly before you buy.

Subscriptions

We do not currently sell subscriptions. If we introduce one, you will be able to cancel it online at any time before the next billing date, in no more steps than it took to sign up.
