By using MingPath you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
MingPath sells one-off digital reports. When you buy a report, we generate a PDF from the birth details you enter and deliver it by email to the address you give us. The price shown at checkout is the total price in US dollars and includes any tax we are required to charge. Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee that we do not control and do not receive.
We aim to deliver your report by email immediately after payment, and in any case within 24 hours. If you have not received it within 24 hours, contact renyanda@protonmail.com and we will re-send it or refund you in full.
MingPath provides culturally grounded, reflective interpretations of Chinese metaphysical systems. It is entertainment and education — not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from MingPath. If you are under 18, please do not submit birth details or make a purchase. We may cancel and refund any order where we believe the buyer is under 18.
MingPath is an entertainment and cultural-education service. We are not licensed or registered as advisers, counsellors, therapists or healthcare providers in any jurisdiction, and we do not hold ourselves out as such. We do not claim any ability to predict future events, to determine what will happen to you, or to change your circumstances. Local laws in some places regulate fortune-telling services; you are responsible for ensuring that your use of MingPath is lawful where you live.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Reports are generated from traditional systems and your inputs; we do not guarantee any outcome.
All written content, designs, and reports are © MingPath unless stated otherwise. You may download your personal report for personal use, but may not resell or redistribute our content.
You may download and keep your own report for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or use our content to train any machine-learning model, and you may not use MingPath to provide paid readings to others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MingPath is not liable for any decisions made based on its content.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order, and we will keep the "last updated" date current. Changes never apply retrospectively to an order you have already placed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and performed in the United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of MingPath will be resolved by the courts located in the United States. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
